Spacious self-contained well-equipped comfortable ground floor flat with garden, approached by 12 steps. (The accommodation offered is on the rear garden level of the owner's pleasantly situated detached split-level bungalow.)

Two bedrooms, each with a double and single bed. (Sleeps 2 to 6). Room for a cot.
A single folding bed is available but must be reserved at time of booking. Regret
no pets.Maximum occupancy remains at 6 + cot.
Parking for 1 car on site, additional
parking if necessary on road.
A footpath within a few yards gives easy access to Trenance Leisure Park within which are the zoo, swimming and fun pools, tennis courts, children's recreations, a boating lake and beautifully maintained gardens. Beaches and shops are within walking distance. 'GILLYN' is an ideal base from which to explore the many other sights and attractions of Cornwall.
Newquay is an attractive family resort, the most popular and liveliest in Cornwall. Approx. 60 km from Lands End, 30 km from St Austell, 30 km from Bodmin and 20 km from the cathedral city of Truro.
There
is plenty to offer the holidaymaker. Newquay is backed by spectacular cliffs and
there are lovely coastal walks. As well as the famous beautiful sandy beaches
with good bathing and excellent surfing, there is a golf course, bowls, horse-riding,
fishing and boat trips from the harbour. Lots of shops and restaurants and lively
night life.
