“Kittiwake” is a 3 bedroomed terraced house situated in the village of Portreath, a small holiday resort set in hilly countryside on the North Cornish coast.  It has an excellent sandy beach with safe bathing and rock pools at low tide.
‘Kittiwake’ is within 300 yards of the beach and harbour. The house has a garage and hard standing for a second car at the rear and a small paved garden area with raised centre bed. To the front there is a walled front garden, laid to grass, leading to a footpath.

It sleeps 7 with folding bed for a further 2 people.
Downstairs is an open plan living area, kitchen, dining room, lounge with stair-case leading to three bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet. The kitchen door goes out into a lobby leading to a downstairs toilet.

Bedroom 1 – double bed and hand basin.
Bedroom 2 – 3 single beds (1 behind a curtained alcove)
Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds.
Bathroom – Toilet, hand basin and bath, with shower over

Kitchen – well equipped with ample crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils for up to 10 people.  There is a Microwave, Electric Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Automatic Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron.

Sorry no pets or smoking.
Prices include heating provided by night storage heaters when needed

Charges
Available for rent all year round ranging from £225 to £490 per week
20% reduction for 2 person occupancy outside of school holidays.
