Modern well-equipped comfortable caravan (35’ x 12’) sleeping 6:
Large lounge with views over lake, well equipped kitchen diner, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, double bed-settee in lounge bathroom with shower, basin & toilet, additional cloakroom.
The caravan is in a fantastic situation only 10 feet from a large lake which is home to swans, Canada geese, ducks of many varieties, coots, moorhens and occasional visitors such as herons, kingfishers and egrets.  Fishing is allowed with the necessary licence, and pike are caught there from time to time.
The site at Hoburne Cotswold (www.hoburne.com/cotswold_main.asp) offers an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, solarium and childrens soft play area throughout the year, and from Easter-end October boating lake, adventure playground, crazy golf and outdoor pool also.  There is entertainment at weekends during the season and childrens clubs at peak times.

AVAILABLE:   March- October inclusive, with limited use from November-February.

CHARGES 2008:  £225 per week except school summer holidays when charge is £275.  Weekend or midweek bookings are available (not peak season) at £35 per night.
FREE HOLIDAYS FOR CLERGY:  We are able to offer short midweek or weekend breaks in low and mid season.  Please ask.

ACCOMMODATION: sleeps 6 - please bring own bed linen, towels and tea towels.  Duvets and pillows for 6 are provided
We regret no visitors’ pets are allowed on site, and no smoking in the caravan.
We do ask you to clean through before departure and leave the caravan as you would expect to find it.
