Well placed as a base for exploring the Sussex countryside or relaxing by the sea, 27 Wildwood is a modern, comfortable 3-bedroom house in a quiet suburban location. The house is just 2 miles from the sea. Eastbourne has a wealth of shops cinemas, pubs and restaurants and a charming Victorian pier. The seafront promenade extends for 3 miles: from Sovereign Harbour to the foot of Beachy Head, where there are more challenging walks with unsurpassed views. Local historical places of interest include Pevensey Castle and the famous village of Battle.
The accommodation has gas central heating, double-glazing and comprises 3 upstairs bedrooms. The double bedroom has en suite with a power shower. There is a twin bedded and a single bedded room and an upstairs bathroom. The bathroom also has a bath with a shower attachment.
Downstairs is a cloakroom, a sitting room, a small dining room over-looking the garden and a fully fitted kitchen/utility room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, fan oven, gas hob and automatic washing machine.
Running along the back of the house is a large, south-facing decked area overlooking the small but exotically planted garden with an attractive water feature. There is a small lawn and a small, shaded patio area at the end of the garden.
Duvets and pillows provided. Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Charges £250 - £350 per week. Shorter bookings negotiable.
