Notes:-
1. Weekly lets are 3.00 pm Saturday to 1.00 pm on the following Saturday. The rate applicable for any given week is determined by the month in which the first day of the let falls. For lets in excess of one week the rate applicable for each week is determined in the same way.
2. For bookings of two or more complete and consecutive weeks you may deduct 10% from the cost of the second and subsequent weeks.

3. Weekend rates are from 3.00 pm Friday until 1.00 pm on the following Monday. Additional days may be purchased at the rates quoted above up to the maximum weekly rate.

Requests for lettings other than on a Saturday to Saturday basis are considered for lettings outside the main season.

4. Weekend lettings are not available during July or August, during Easter week, Spring Bank holiday or October half-term
5. All prices are in £ sterling - 25% payable with application.
