Charming Normandy farmhouse, with large garden, set in a peaceful hamlet, 10mins. from the town of Bernay. Ports 1 hour (Caen and Le Havre) 2 hours Dieppe.

"Le Theil" is situated near the village of St. Martin du Tilleul. This is an attractive little place right in the heart of a linen producing area. There are also dairy farms and orchards in the vicinity.
The nearest town of Bernay is just 10 minutes away by car, and is an hour to the south-west of Rouen.
Bernay has many old Normandy style buildings, and is also on a main line railway to Paris.
There are many places to visit within easy reach by car, for example the Basilica at Lisieux, the Abbaye of Bec-Hellouin and Harcourt chateau and Arboretum.
There are lovely beaches to the north, the nearest being Deauville and Trouville - only 35 minutes by car.

Accomodation sleeps six to nine.
3 bedrooms - Upstairs, one double with additional single bed, and one twin-bedded room. -There is also an extra bed in the mezzanine area, for overflow guests, but this is not enclosed as a bedroom.
Downstairs, a double room with bunk beds and single bed, with spare bed under.
There is a bathroom and toilet on the first floor, and a shower room with toilet on the ground floor.
