Close to sandy beaches and scenic mountains.
Good base for walking.

½ mile to Llanbedr village for shops, pub and bus stop. Railway station 1 mile.
Harlech with impressive castle, golf course and extensive beach is 3 miles to north.

Accommodation: 1 double and 3 twin bedded rooms in cottage + 1 triple bedded room in converted outbuilding. ie sleeps 8 +3. Cot available.

Availability : All year round

Charges: £500 p.w. or £80 per night for shorter stay. 50 % reduction for period from November to Easter.
Electricity extra, based on meter readings.
